Cypress Crossroads is a lender-owned, value-add office building centrally located in the Orange County community of Cypress, California. Built in 1987, the Property contains 106,341 square feet of office space on a 4.2-acre site, in the heart of one of California’s most affluent counties. Orange County is the second largest office market on the West Coast and generated over 1.0 million square feet of office absorption in 2013. With a current occupancy of 74%, Cypress Crossroads represents a compelling opportunity to enhance value through leasing and strategic property enhancements.
